"Helping You is What We Do"

This "Community Club" is to do just this.  Organizing social and  community  activities (both on site and off site) are the main focus for the club.

Membership to this club is extended to individuals of all ages, race and gender. There is no cost to become a member. Please kindly fill in the necessary information for my immediate update.

If you are my past client or customer, you may also volunteer if you can share some of your special experience, skill or knowledge for the benefits of the general community.

Just fill in the form below and submit it to me, simply by clicking the submit button  and I will contact you very shortly to follow up.  If you have any questions, I will be most happy to answer them all.

Success of the club depends heavily on the support, opinions and inputs of each and everyone of us; families and friends, colleagues and neighbours etc. I look forward to meeting everyone and to the success of this community group.

Display provided by the Brampton Heritage partners, community information displays, food, prizes, Draws & freebies etc. If you have missed this wonderful event, join us next Spring in 2009, an event not to miss.   This event is organized by the Fletcher's Meadow Community Group,  a volunteer association promoting community awareness and involvement.

 Trip to Waterloo Farmer's Market -  May 17, 2008 - Fun was the word . . ....

The trip started off well, the weather was cooler than usual. However as we arrived at Waterloo, it started to rain. Although it was not a great sunny day, our members enjoy the casual drive to Waterloo, did some shopping (I  bought a 50lbs bag of Yukon Gold potato for only $12.00, lots of cherries, apricots etc). Not forgetting the outlet mall where they sells maple candy We finished shopping and have a wonderful Chinese lunch at nearby University Ave and thereafter return to Brampton later in the afternoon. Thirteen members of "Your Community Club" went for the trip and are looking forward to another one, when the weather really heats up in the summer.  If you have missed this trip, we are always planning more, so stay in touch by returning to this page for more updates and events..

FEATURE NEWS - Updated Sept 3, 2008

Congratulations to Cathy, she raised almost $2,000 to date, well done!

Dear friend,

Thank you! Thank you for supporting my journey. Thank you for supporting The Princess Margaret. Thank you for recognizing that the fight against breast cancer continues. Thank you for your donation - your gift will help save lives. You can read more about The Weekend to End Breast Cancer and the efforts your donation goes to support at www.endcancer.ca.

So far I've raised $60.00! It's a small start, but it has gotten the ball rolling. I've started my training this month, too, and have been walking in the evenings after work. It's not easy, but with the support of friends like you, I know I'll succeed.

I'll be keeping all of my donors in mind, and in my heart, as I walk 60 kilometers for The Weekend to End Breast Cancer in September 2008. Without your generosity, none of this would be possible.

Sincerely,

Cathy Sookhoo
